Saved, Healing, Deliverance is for Now:

In this lesson, we’re going to talk about being saved, healed and delivered now in the natural by the power of God according to his word. Before Jesus left to be with the Father in heaven he instructed his Apostles in (Mk: 16-15, 18)

V-15 and he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
V-16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. (This is present and future)
V-17 and these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues
v-18 they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them, they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. (This is now)

This we are doing and will continue to do by the grace of God knowing the Lord is working with us confirming his word with signs following.

I will show you saved or save applies to the natural man and produces its manifestation now. In some cases, both of these words are used in (the present and future.)

We want to start this lesson by giving definitions to specific words we will focus on to help understand what we are talking about.

Adjective: a word or phrase naming an attribute, added to or grammatically related to a noun to modify or describe it
Attribute: to regard something caused by someone or something
Delivered: strengthen; draw out, loosed, (saved), without fail, rescue, escape, help, and recover.
Delivereth: snatch away, defends deliver (self) escape without fail pluck reserve recover rescue rid save spoil surely takeout.
Save: do well, made whole, be safe, (deliver), help, free indeed, healed, preserve, rescue, avenge, protect, get victory, to free from
Saved: “safe” to save, i.e.  Deliver or protect, (heal), preserve, save (self) do well, be (make) whole What is saved? (you being rescued from destruction and brought into divine safety in Christ.)
Salvation: 4991,  soteria from soter = Savior in turn from sozo, to save or saved, safe, made whole, preserve, healed, delivered

Uttermost: entire, to completion, Strong’s Concordance #3956: all, any, every, whosoever, whatsoever, as many as, (daily)
Daily: From sunrise to sunset: The Lord daily loaded us with benefits, Ps: 68-19
Question: Does the Lord save today? Yes, and I’ll prove it according to scripture.

Again, I am not talking about Eternal Salvation (Heb:5,5-9) or being Born-Again, as most Sunday professing Christians use the term saved to mean they are born-again, not true. They don't understand, to be born-again mean you are an immortal, end of the story.

Look in Col; 1-13: Who hath (delivered) us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son. while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.

This happens through repentance, now you are no longer under the authority of Satan but free to live unto God. (Saved from your past sins Rom:3-25). Lev:16,15-16,  Heb:9-22 without the shedding of blood....Rev:1-5 Jesus washed you in his own blood.

Delivered has within it the connotation of being saved. This is not Born-Again or Eternal Salvation; neither have you become an immortal, with this transformation, you now have a renewed mind, the mind of Christ to walk in obedience to the word of God keeping the Ten Commandments his laws and statues and learning the ways of the Lord. (Rom:6-16) you become servant to whom you obey.

Jesus said on several occasions in the gospels he that endures unto the end shall be saved (future) Question (endure what unto the end?)

Your salvation, how? by overcoming self, the wiles of the devil, tests, trials, and tribulations you go through in life and yet stay in covenant with God.

Phil:2-12 Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. If we stay in covenant with God we win, because in him we are more than conquerors, he always causes us to triumph.

Someone might ask the question when did we receive salvation to work out, I thought we get it at the end.

Titus,2-11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Lk:19,5-10 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.
6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.
8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Saved, it's meaning: “safe” to save, i.e.  Deliver or protect, heal, preserve, save (self) do well, be (make) whole.

Prov:18-10 “The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”

Jesus knew man first had to repent, Matt: 4-17: From this time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Peter said it in Acts: 2-38 (Repent) and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remissions of sin, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Now that we are cleared of sins past, we live unto God being led by his Spirit, the Word of God.

This is a process, learning the truth of the (Kingdom Of God), working out your salvation in fear with hope, having great expectations that at our end, we might receive (Eternal Life) and become God.

Many pastors have made their congregations believe because they said the sinner’s prayer, get baptized and receive the Holy Ghost so they say, they’re born-again.

We that understand the truth know that is false information and we will show you the Kingdom of God which is Jesus Kingdom the thousand-year rest, and the Father's Kingdom which is all spiritual.

[1Cor; 15-50, Now this I say brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the (Kingdom Of God) the Fathers Kingdom.

Is blood running in your veins, are you a mortal man? can you die, if these things apply to you, you’re not in the Kingdom Of God it’s spiritual, for immortal men.

This is the Father's Kingdom. The final Kingdom that will come down from heaven to dwell on the earth.

Ps; 132-11: The Lord hath sworn in truth unto David, he will not turn from it; of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne. (Who is the fruit of his body?)

Acts: 2-29, 31 these scriptures confirm the oath God made with David, that the fruit of his loins according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne. Lk: 1-31, 33, Is: 9-6, 7, Jer: 30-1, 10 Hosea: 3-1, 5 Rev: 20-4, 6. This is Jesus Kingdom

Jesus will rule the world with the (saints and his Priest Rev:20-6), reign in his Kingdom and David will be King over all Israel. Right now David is in the grave waiting for the first resurrection with the saints; to hear that seventh trumpet sound and the dead in Christ rise first, immortals, Born-again; having Eternal Salvation.

In Ps: 34-4, 6:  v-4 I sought the Lord and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. Now think about it, in the F- Kingdom, we will have no (fears) or need for (deliverance) from anything, why? We will be God.

V-6 this poor man cried and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. In the F- Kingdom we will not be poor neither will we have any troubles.

These things happen to natural men that need help from God to deliver, make whole, rescue, set free, and heal now so one can do better. In the (F-Kingdom) we won’t need things or have to be delivered, now we do.
Ps: 34-17, 19 the righteous cry unto the Lord and how he saveth such as are of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivereth them out of them all. this is now, we seek after such help from the Lord.

Again in the F-Kingdom there will be no crying and remember what the word contrite mean; beat down, oppressed, bruised, destroyed, smitten, broken. None of this will affect the saints in the F-Kingdom. We will all be spirits

However, in Jesus Kingdom, there will be flesh and blood people living during the thousand years with no devil around to tempt them because the Lord locked him up for a season to hurt no one that his peace will be in the world and all shall learn of the Lord. Rev:20,1-3

In this world we live in there are righteous and unrighteous people with many problems, but the Lord delivereth them out of them all that trust in him.

Remember the word delivereth mean: snatch away defend deliver (self) escape without fail pluck reserve recover rescue.

This is what God will do for righteous men today and those that call on him out of a sincere heart. God will have mercy to whom he will. Rom; 9-18

Trouble, affliction, problems, fears, oppression, and all the (wiles) of the devil we are confronted with daily are things we must overcome in this life. (Rev:3-21) He that overcometh, I will.........

Jesus said in me ye might have peace. In the world, ye shall have tribulations but be of good cheer I have overcome the world. Jn: 16-33.

Col; 3-3 for ye are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God. Because he overcame the world we have the ability to overcome through him.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. 2Cor: 10-4

How often will the Lord deliver, save, heal and help us out of trouble;

Ps; 68-19 blessed be the Lord who daily loaded us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.

We can expect the Lord (daily) to help us when we call on him. Give us this day our daily bread. Matt: 6-11

In Matt: 14-25, 31 this night Jesus was walking on the sea and his disciples cried out for fear, Jesus responded saying be of good cheer: it is I, BE NOT AFRAID.

Then Peter said Lord if it be thou, bid me to come unto thee on the water, and he said to come.
Peter came out of the ship he and the disciples were in and began to walk on water toward Jesus. But when he saw the winds become boisterous, he feared and began to sink then cried, Lord, save me.
Immediately the Lord stretched his hand and caught him saying O thou of little faith wherefore didst thou doubt?

As we can plainly see when Peter asked the Lord to save him he wasn’t speaking about giving him (eternal salvation), he wanted Jesus to save him from drowning.

He was crying out to be rescued, to be helped and the Lord did.

Paul said who hath saved us read it:

2Tim:1-8, 9 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner; but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God

Who hath saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.

1Corth:1,1-3,18
1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,
2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
3 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved, it is the power of God.

1Tim:2-4 Who will have all men to be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth?

1Tim:1-15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

2Tim:1,8-9  Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Rom:8,22-25  For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Lk:7,44-50  44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
45 Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.
46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.
47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.
48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.
49 And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also?
50 And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.

There are many scriptures in the bible that show how the Lord saved delivered and healed that do not refer to Eternal Life that's promised if you endure to the end.

After these things are done, it’s possible that one will come into the knowledge of the truth and began to walk in righteousness working out their salvation with fear and trembling unto the end.

Most professing Christians when they say I’m saved and filled with the Holy Ghost believe they are born-again and going to heaven when they die. This lie came from their preachers persuaded by Satan not (God).

Titus: 3-5 -not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost.
Eph: 2-8 for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourself: it is the gift of God. God lets us know through his favor he delivered or has forgiven the world of their sins that are past. Rom; 3-25

Rom: 5-8 But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. This was God's unconditional love for man. Now his love for man is based on your love and obedience toward him. If you love me keep my Commandments.

We must believe what Jesus did, acknowledge it through repentance, get baptized in his name, receive the Holy Ghost, and began walking in obedience to the word of God, keeping the Royal Law the Ten Commandments his statutes and judgments.

Jn: 3-16, 17 for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. Why did he say might be saved? because it's man's choice to receive Jesus.

This word saved all over the New Testament mean the same thing:  “safe” to save, i.e.  Deliver or protect, heal, preserve, save (self) do well, be (make) whole.

Now if you endure to the end and qualify; Eternal Salvation is yours at the coming of Jesus and you will become God.

Look at the word heal:  it’s the same as saved, healing is for now.

Is: 53, 4-5, 4 surely he hath borne our (grief) and sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgression bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes, we are healed.

The word grief has within it disease, during Jesus ministry he went about healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease and gave his disciples the power to do the same. Matt: 10-1.

In Jn: 8-31: Jesus said if you continue in my word then are you, my disciples, indeed. We that are believers in Christ Jesus and walk in righteousness have the same ability to cast out devils and heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. Mk: 16-15, 18

Why are so many Christian sick with all kinds of sickness and disease? I don't know but with the believer, there should be no fear of any incurable disease or any kind of sickness because we know everything bows to the name of Jesus, it's according to your faith. And if you die from any sickness, if you are in Christ you will come up in the first resurrection.

Jesus never said you wouldn’t get sick, but if you do he gave us the remedy to overcome it, Faith.

Jesus said (Mk:11-23) if you have faith you will say to the mountain be thou removed and this applies to anything or anyone, your family and friends, whoever or whatever attempt to turn you away from receiving what God has promised us in his word.

Eph:1,17-21
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that which is to come:

In Rom: 10-17 So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. How can they hear without a preacher and how shall they preach except they be sent.

Faith continually comes by hearing the word of God from one God has sent. When healing is preached and you start confessing what God's word says over your body and believe it, without doubt, Jesus said you can have whatsoever you saith. Mk: 11-23.

One thing to note, do not regard iniquity in your heart against anyone, for if you do the Lord will not hear you. Ps 66-18

You must hear the word of God about a certain subject over and over again to get faith in your heart for it, so when you speak the word and God sees your heart that those were faith-filled words spoken without doubt He will bring it to past.

When you ask God to forgive you for a sin he do it, expect God to do the same when you ask for healing: it’s according to your faith.

Many preachers are afraid to pray for people that have diseases because they don’t believe nothing will happen or they may get infected.

When Jesus died, it was placed on him the iniquities of us all, the sins of mankind, sickness and disease. When he got up, all things put on him were dealt with forever, our part is to believe it.

I believe we have given enough evidence that the Lord save, heal, and deliver today. As we presented the word (saved) there was no indication this word was talking about (Eternal Salvation) now, that’s what uninformed professing Christians say. We know that Eternal Salvation comes at the return of Jesus.

I hope this lesson helps somebody.
God Bless
James Stearns
